SIGHTLESS....

Bill's getting off early today. We both have eye appointments today. He's really going blind in one eye, and now he's worried about the other eye too. Scares the hell out of me. I'm having some vision trouble in one eye. So we go get checked out today.

Boomer's doing better. He's at least walking on his leg today. the meds seem to be working for him.

I rode Sassy yesterday. She was a jewel to ride. Her walk just rocks you back and forth and is very very smooth. Not much to look at yet, but beautiful to ride. I adore her. And she's got attitude / personality.

we've not found me a truck yet. that's frustrating me. bill's gonna be leaving for Grants, N.M. soon & I've gotta have some wheels.

JUST LIFE...

Nothin' happening really. Just life. I've ridden more since my last entry. Sassy is definitely living up to her name, rearing up all the time and being just a general pain in the butt. I left her home during the trailride Saturday because she was being an ass. I ended up borrowing a friend's big black Tennessee Walker. Midnight is a jewel to ride. He doesn't spook at anything and doesn't get stupid either. I have to do some ground work with Sassy. I've been lazy lately however, and not doing the necessary groundwork with my horses.

It's like my dream has died. Sandy used to be my reason for doing things. Now.....I don't care much. I try to care. But it's like our dream died when he died. I can't seem to find the heart to keep going. No one cares about the dream of shiloh hill anymore with me and it saddens my heart and it's a very lonely feeliing. {sigh) There's no one to share with that really cares to carry on the dream.

How was your beach vacation?
Two priests were on vacation, being determined to make it a real vacation they bought some really outrageous shorts, shirts, sandals, sunglasses etc. (so that they will not b identified clergy).
Well, in the morning they went to the beach, dressed in their "tourist" garb and were sitting on beach chairs, enjoying a drink when a "drop dead gorgeous" topless blonde in bikini came walking towards them
As she passed them, she smiled and said "good morning, Father, good morning, Father" addressing them individually and passes by. They were both stunned.
Next day, they bought even more outrageous outfits. Once again both were settled in beach chairs after a while, the same topless blonde, wearing a string came toward them and greeted" good morning Father".
One of the priests couldn't stand it any longer and said "Just a minute young lady."
Yes? she replied
"We are priests but how in the world did you know we are priests dressed as we are?
FATHER, IT'S ME SISTER ANGELA she replied

Omigosh! That is so funny and reminds me of way back in the day when I attended Catholic schools and used to hear the rumors about the pretty nuns and the handsome priests.....

Eons later I had a co-worker who was nun [out of her 'habit' by that time] and I was telling her about one of my favorite teachers in elementary school...turns out 'they' have a real 'network' and can find anyone! So she said she'd try to find Sister Angela [yes, that WAS her name...TRUE]...she came back later and told me Sister Angela had left the order [Dominican] to marry a former priest....

Ya' think this joke was about THEM? LOL

Where in NJ can I buy a comfortable beach chair with a high back that supports my head?
I'm 6'2" and my head always hangs off the top of the chair when I lay back.

Look down the shore. Some of the newer styles are much larger.They even have handles to carry them.Have fun on the beach.

What would I need to do to sell advertising space on my beach chair ?
I have shops renting beach chairs.My beach chairs are rented fully daily and demand is picking up progressively on the most popular beach on the island. Am think it is a good time to earn another income stream by selling ad space on my chairs. Not sure how to go about
